Herkunft: Appellation Cognac, Grande Champagne; Frankreich

Die Weinberge, die den Stil von FERRAND Cognacs prägen, liegen im Gebiet Angeac/Champagne, im Herzen des Anbaugebietes Grande Champagne, 1er Cru de Cognac, in dem berühmten Terroir, das die Kenner auch als das „Goldene Dreieck“ bezeichnen. In diesem Mikroklima gedeihen die Weinreben für die besten Weine der Grande Champagne.

Zur Herstellung:  Dieser Cognac ist ein Blend aus 3-5 Jahre alten Cognacs und einem kleinen Anteil von 20 Jahre alten Cognacs. Während der ersten Jahre reifte dieser Cognac in neuen Eichen-Fässern (350 Liter). Später benutzte unser Kellermeister medium-getoastete, gebrauchte Cognac-Fässer (350 Liter).

Beschreibung: Reicher floraler Duft von Weinblüte sowie sehr fruchtige Noten von reifen Trauben. Am Gaumen sehr warm und sauber, sowie äußerst fruchtig. Das Finish zeigt viel Honig und Gewürze.

Empfehlung: Perfekt für Cocktails aber auch pur oder auf Eis.
